Consultations

What to expect
The first session will initially involve a discussion about the condition you would like treated and how it effects you. A detailed case history is taken to gain an in-depth understanding of the character and nature of the complaint and your general state of health. Information about your family’s medical history is also helpful in enabling me to understand areas of susceptibility and to be able to plan an appropriate treatment plan. During the session I will also ask questions about your lifestyle, food preferences, areas of stress, as well as your passions and interests in life. Anything that you can tell me that is unique and individual to you will help in the process of finding the most appropriate remedy for you. All information that is given is kept confidential.

The first appointment usually takes about 1 ½ hours for an adult and up to 1 hour for children. Subsequent follow up appointments are up to 45 minutes for adults and ½ hour for children. The remedies are usually sent to you by post after the consultation with instructions on how to take the remedy.

Care and Treatment
Follow up sessions in the initial stages are usually three to four weeks apart though this may be longer in some cases. These sessions are to assess how you have responded to the remedy and for me to make any necessary adjustments to the prescription. If you have any concerns about your treatment during appointments I am available to talk and can be contacted on (023) 92662161.

The number of times that I will need to see you depends very much on individual circumstances and the length of time that you have had the condition. If your energy is very low or you have been unwell for a considerable time, treatment may take longer.  However many people often feel improvements after two or three sessions.
